To fully enjoy your massage or your treatment(s), we ask you to take note of the following circumstances :<\/p>\n

Appointments :<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is highly advisable to book your treatment in advance to provide you with a more flexible schedule.<\/p>\n

Cancellation :<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you cannot attend your reservation, we ask that you notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. A sum equivalent to 50% of your total care bill will be charged for cancellations made \u200b\u200bless than 48 hours prior to your reservation. In case of absence without prior notice, the full fee will be charged.<\/p>\n

Delay :<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is strongly recommended to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment. A late arrival will result in a shorter massage or treatment without applicable discounts.<\/p>\n

Receipts for insurance :<\/strong><\/p>\n

All our massage therapists are accredited by a professional association. On request, a receipt for insurance purposes will be issued for massage. Please note that the receipt will be issued in the name of the person receiving the massage. However, if you are using a gift certificate, we cannot issue you a receipt, as this goes against the Code of Ethics of massage therapists.<\/p>\n

Pregnancy :<\/strong><\/p>\n

Care is not recommended for pregnant women under 12 weeks. Nordic Baths are also not recommended for the duration of pregnancy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
